Have this problem as well. Happens during the second sequence in the throne room (the one when a sidequest is completed). When clicking sit, game goes to the regular load screen but sits there for ages. Eventually after 4-5 minutes it boots me out of the load with a bunch of people standing around but I cannot see or continue to the throne questline. Breaks the entire forward path of the game. Now whenever I try to click the throne, it won't allow me even though the marker is there for the quest. Also, I've tried reloading, rezoning, rolling back to previous save -- every time it breaks.
Change the throne style in the undercroft. Mine did thaqt once, changed the style and, it seemed tto rest the throne.
