Yeah, I get it. Do you use this file or do you use the Nexus Mod?
Can't you not upload a new world state > go offline > reapply the modified "ProfileOptions"?
What happens if you set the "ProfileOptions" to read only?
Heya, sorry for the late reply. ended up trying some different things but gave up eventually
I came back to it wanting to try something slightly differently to see how it would work, what i did was uninstalled the game, signed up for the EA play sub service again. Then i reinstalled the game through the EA Desktop app and its worked, and allowed me to go online, using the dragonage keep. problem is this is only temporary as it seems its only going to work properly so long as i'm subscribed to the EA play service, and only have it installed using the EA app
best thing i can do for now is create a bunch of new characters with different world states that i plan on using before the sub runs out 😇
Did you tried the Mod on Nexus? (ProfileOptions workaround)
- @WattsonsBaguette Yo, mod uploader here. Once your game is bugged, it seems to be permanent. So, yeah, either play with the Keep or the DLC, but doesn't seem like you can do both. Sorry, mate!
