Hello there, awfully late to the party, but I guess we all know why I'm here. I bought DA 2 back when the EA App was still Origin. Back then, I purchased only two DLCs, The Black Emporium and Legacy, which were the only ones I ever played. This must have been around 2015-2017. Then I stopped playing for some years, until very recently, last year to be mroe specific. This time I wanted to get the other DLC I didn't own, but not only did I discover Origin revamp, but also that I wasn't able to buy single DLCs anymore. It goes without saying that I didn't get any other DLC for free (not Exiled Prince and Mark of the Assassin, which are the only ones I care about).
None of the fixes I've looked up on the Internet work, which is frustrating because I wasted an entire weekend trying out different "solutions" and troubleshooting. Had I known earlier that this is apparently an issue with the EA App not granting the DLC to people who do own the game is preposterous, and I would've had the chance to search differently. Why would you ever make it so people can no longer buy the DLC? That's totally stupid, even more so coming from such a big, profit-thirsty company like EA.
Now, I'd like to get the DLC I owed, since it was granted for free and for whatever reason my account didn't get them, and I legit purchased the game back then, didn't even redeem it. Purchased it.
Just know that there are a lot of people out there who don't have the content that you granted for free, and I hope you people can do something about it.
If they wanted to do something about it, they would have already. :(
