I have the same issue, and when I click on the report the game just hangs. It shows me a blank parchment and I cant do anything other than alt+tab aout of it and terminate the game from task manager.
Community AdminFroglord, yours is a different issue -the initially reported issues should be patched out now - that I'm looking into in this thread. Can you post there whether you're at Haven or Skyhold?

it is bugged for me too, and just got a new patch this morning. in haven. restarted game, same issue.
Community AdminThanks. Hold off on this mission for now. When you get and complete the Investigate the Chalk Markings operation, when it completes can you save and then test if the Bianca then works?
I am having the same issue as Froglord and I downloaded the latest update. I was unaware of the issue and had sent Leliana on the mission the night before the patch. When I started the game last night I went to the war room and all reports came in fine except A Present for Bianca, which shows up as a blank scroll and I have to use task manager to end the game. I decided to leave it as is for now and continued to play my game, so I really don't want to go back to an early save from two nights ago and not select the quest to begin with.
I just wanted to point out last night's patch did not resolve the issue.
