so I actually got someone in live chat who helped me fix this issue
1 Go into file explorer and under the view have it show hidden files.... then go into these locations and delete the origin folders
C:\ProgramData
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming
afterwards relaunch Origin as administrator, go under the origin tab and go to application settings, origin in game tab and disable origin in game and start the game....it will freeze and crash the first time you start the game do not worry.....reopen the game after the crash and go into your save (use the cloud data) and your advisor will return
