Same problem here, I however just bought the game in the sales Origin has.
I've opted in for a refund because this is BS.

Edit: Am I the only one who thinks the mods are misusing the *marked as sovled* function? Because all the supposedly solved issues.... They aren't really solved.

it seems like people are bringing up old threads that were at some point 'solved'. It doesn't look like they're even looking at this at the moment. Really starting to s**t me that i can't play a game that i've paid for. 

Just got off the phone with support - the guy i spoke with said it could take up to 24 hrs for the server to get back up. What a joke.

I was simply told that it's a known problem and they're working on it. They'll add my ticket number to the list.

I get the same problem.  Can customer service please assist.

Please post on this issue, not the 'solved' one.

Just tried a small test.

Opened Mass Effect 3 through Origin: No problem.

Opened DA 2 on Origin: Stuck on activation screen.

Opened DA:I on Origin: Unable to connect to servers.

Conclusion: BIG PROBLEM WITH DRAGON AGE!!!!

You know what's absolutely hilarious about this scenario? The copywright software is the main reason people pirate these days. Unfortunately I bought this game, so unlike those who illegally downloaded and cracked it, I can't play!
