Where can I find the recipe for Dwarven Artifacts in the Hissing wastes?
I'm on my second playthrough in Dragon Age Inquisition. Neither character has been able to use the dwarven loot because the requisition never comes up.
Where can I find it?

the first requisition in a region is the mineral,, after its go random 1 by 1 after you finish the one they give you before.. finish the collect mineral quest in hissing wastes and they give you a new requistion. Lazurite and volcano rock quest. quest name: lazurite survey in the waste. You can look in fandom dragon age about quest detail. Just dont forget requistion is random and the 1st is always mineral.
