Suspect the problem would be that as the horns come in different sizes and locations, the helmets would need holes in different sizes and locations making it really complicated.
Cool though as it would be.
They could at least have Qunari "wear" helmets via the transmog. Could explain the clipping as the helmets being kind of "illusions" or something like that
