Thank you, I never knew about this. This should work, or the SHIFT + arrow keys MoLamancha mentioned, until EA (hopefully) fixes this.
Update: The keyboard manager in MS power tools works like a charm. I can now easily play with the arrow keys. I simply enable the KM tool before I start DA4, then turn it off when done. Yes its annoying considering this mapping should exist in the default game to begin with but at least there is a solution and it was easy to set up.
Good to hear, you'll see that in long terms is going to be useful for any game, especially the console port.
