From where did you purchase the game?
Have you already checked the lighthouse and rooks room? Does the wardrobe appear in the room?
What platform do you play on and what playthrough are you on? Did you restart multiple times?
Can you send in a DxDiag?

I also have this bug. After completing the intro I got a pop up message saying they would be available in the wardrobe, but I can’t find them anywhere in the armor appearance screen.

Hey Everyone,
I wanted to check if anyone is missing their Pre-order or Deluxe item cosmetics.
If so, check the following first. (hit the drop-down below, beware of potential spoilers)
Spoiler- You can first unlock your cosmetics when you first wake up in the lighthouse (after stopping solas ritual)
- There will be a chest in the room you wake up in, If you leave the lighthouse the chest will appear in Rooks room (where you meditate)
- Once you first wake up in the lighthouse, you should see a message you must click out of about your items.
- One caveat for certain cosmetics, like the helmet, you must find your first helmet in-game before using the pre-order/deluxe item.
If you are still unable to find your items, let us know the following information:
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Which platform are you on?
- Is this your first playthrough?
- If possible share a Save file for our team to look at.
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.
