Missing preorder bonus dragon age veilguard
I’m missing the preorder bonus, the blood dragon armor, from Dragon Age: The Veilguard. I’d preordered the Deluxe Edition but there’s no armor. Can anyone help?

In my game the chest does not show up at all. If I try to search for the items in the wardrobe I only see "???" in pleaces of the items as the screenshot shows. I've reached out to the support team. Hopefully, they will find a solution.
