Missing preorder bonus dragon age veilguard

I’m missing the preorder bonus, the blood dragon armor, from Dragon Age: The Veilguard. I’d preordered the Deluxe Edition but there’s no armor. Can anyone help?

@Tempest9186 I got mine with the GeForce Now deal, and had some wonkiness activating my game, it briefly disappeared from my owned list and reactivated and I wonder if that is what happened with my pre-order content.

    I got the bonus items on my initial save. Created a new character and the chest is where it's supposed to be, it says I got the bonus items, but they are not there in the wardrobe.

      So it's not just me.  I created a first character to get a feel for the game.  Awesome 10 out of 10.  Created my for real character but the chest never shows up.  I resolved it by deleting all saves and reloading but that was risky.  I want to create a new character again but the same issue.
