Pre order code

Wondering if anyone that was having the issue of both the seller and ea not helping to give people the pre order items actually got it sorted. 

Cause I love veilguard but it's annoyed me so much that I pre ordered special for the pre order bonus and nothing, I was trying to get it for around 2 months and had no luck from either ea or seller.

    Yeah I don't have any of the DLC showing up in my game even though I pre ordered the deluxe edition. Even the free DLC does not show up.

    I pre ordered it through EA and am yet to be able to use the pre order bonus.  8 months later still no further forward.
