The entire Windows Error Reporting (WER) section of your DxDiag is empty, which means that it is not working correctly because there are always errors.
So there are at least some problems with your system, lets focus on that first.
- Hit Windows key and X.
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter: (You can copy and paste the following cursive text.) DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth
- Press ENTER.
- If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found repeat steps 1 & 2.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
- Press ENTER.
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
- After it reaches 100% repeat steps 1 & 2.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter: sfc /scannow
- Press ENTER.
- Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.
Having followed all the instructions you gave me, I’m attaching three screenshots of what appeared on the screen (I apologise in advance and please let me know if I’ve done anything wrong, as I’ve only just got home from work and never did that before)
No, no, this is perfectly fine. You did anything right.
- Press the Windows key > Write "CMD" (Without the quotation marks.)
- Right click on "Command prompt" in the search results > Run as administrator.
- Copy and paste the following line into the CMD window: (With the quotation marks.)
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\LOGS\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt" - Press ENTER.
- Upload the "sfcdetails.txt" that is now on your desktop.

Ok, is there a difference now if you try to start the game?
(Restart your PC before you try, a real "Restart" not just shut down and start again.)
If not please create a new DxDiag and load it up.
