Having followed all the instructions you gave me, I’m attaching three screenshots of what appeared on the screen (I apologise in advance and please let me know if I’ve done anything wrong, as I’ve only just got home from work and never did that before)
No, no, this is perfectly fine. You did anything right.
- Press the Windows key > Write "CMD" (Without the quotation marks.)
- Right click on "Command prompt" in the search results > Run as administrator.
- Copy and paste the following line into the CMD window: (With the quotation marks.)
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\LOGS\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt" - Press ENTER.
- Upload the "sfcdetails.txt" that is now on your desktop.
Done. I've attached the file below.
Ok, is there a difference now if you try to start the game?
(Restart your PC before you try, a real "Restart" not just shut down and start again.)
If not please create a new DxDiag and load it up.Unfortunately, it seems that absolutely nothing has changed – or at least nothing that I’ve been able to spot myself. I’m sending you a new DxDiag file.
