What settings do you have the in-game graphics on? Also, are you playing at your monitor's native resolution?
If so, we can try repairing the game and making adjustments to in-game settings to see if there is any visual change. If not as @holger1405 mentioned getting a dxdiag can be helpful for us to take a further look.

Sorry, not a glitch. On camera mode, when I take a picture the image shakes a bit even if blur is set to 0.
