I'm in Brazil, planning on buying the game through the EA app on PC.

Yes, it lists twelve languages the game will be available in; but so did the store page for Inquisition back then, when it was still the Origin app, and this did not impede the digital version from only giving me Portuguese text. Hence why I felt the need to ask here.

Back then, when I asked about this to support, the answer I got is that while the game is available in all of those languages, the text language would default to that of my system's location, regardless of the app's own language option or anything else, and I was still unable to alter the game's text language in any way.

@OdysseusOfGaming I reached out to the team on it. The issue here is that if it isn't public we cannot confirm anything as we could be wrong. We don't want to provide incorrect info so if it isn't listed on the main page, or launcher pages, it hasn't yet been clarified.

I see. That's understandable.

Is there any other possible way I could find this information? I've been playing this series since Origins first came out and would very much like to see how the story ends on launch, but I really don't want to have to go through another game in Portuguese. The information regarding the available languages is already on the store page, all I'd like to know is if I'll be able to choose the text language of my preference. It's all that's kept me from pre-ordering the game so far.

@OdysseusOfGaming At the moment no because it hasn't been listed officially by the studio team. I asked on it and they said that info has not been published yet, so we have to wait until they list it.
