Just want to know who voices Anaris, sounds like Matthew Mercer?

We never got official confirmation, but having just listened to a clip, I agree he sounds like Matt Mercer. Mercer is only officially credited as "Viper and Various Voices". We know one of those various voices is Manfred, but it makes sense for him to have voiced more characters.
