[Xbox] Have not received $5 Xbox gift card or Cosmetics After Purchase

I purchased Dragon Age: VeilGuard On Xbox during the (For you) sale. And the description it says Purchase before January 2 2025 And receive a gift card plus a rook weapon appearance set. I have yet to receive either. I reset my Xbox went back into the wardrobe and still don’t see the cosmetics. Also looked in my Xbox messages And the email associated with my Xbox account and EA account and nothing about a gift card.

  • @milesdl92 Purchases like this from Xbox are entitled to your Xbox account. When content isn't in the game, it is due to the purchase itself and the entitlements the purchase applies. Xbox sends these cards, but EA does not. That offer is a deal through the console and not through the publisher. You would need to reach out to Xbox support if you Have not received that content to check the account. EA Support cannot grant content to accounts for this title.

OK, I just wasn’t sure because it said my EA account needed to be attached to my Xbox account to receive items (which it is) As well as when I click on it, it brings me to an EA site not an Xbox site To talk about terms and conditions. Makes it seem like EA is responsible for the items.

@milesdl92 As long as the right EA account is connected to the right Xbox account on EA.com, you're fine.
