[Xbox] Veilguard crashes after character creation
My game crashes as soon as I move on from creating a character. The loading symbol freezes, I get a gray staticky screen, and then it crashes. Half the time my xbox restarts. Doesn't matter if I use a custom or default character, or try to load after it crashes, same thing. I can't even get the game started. All I get is Varric's intro and then character creation. I'm super frustrated because we just upgraded to a new xbox x from an xbox one - solely so I can play this game I've been waiting years for. So feeling like I've dumped hundreds of dollars down the drain. We've tried all the usual fixes, and reinstalled the game, but nothing changes. Person on the chat finally said it was a bug. I thought waiting a few weeks to purchase it would help avoid the worst bugs, but apparently not, since I can't even play it.

The team is aware of this issue and has been looking into it. As we are not monitoring AHQ as much anymore, we are not monitoring the new EA Forums.

There have been a few updates since the ones I see, so we have to track them. I'm creating a new one now.
Please include everything you can: Race, Class, and any descriptions that default; all options matter in these.
This will help us track players who are experiencing this issue, help them find resolutions to your issue, and give us more data to send to the team for review!
