Accessibility Features Not Working

Seeing the same issues with Accessibility SFX on PC. 

Enable Accessibility SFX = true

Accessibility SFX Volume 100%

Enable Glint Ping SFX = true

I've turned down ambient, music, voice and I hear no accessibility audio coming through.
