All Hairstyles with Braids Wiggle Insanely

Video attached. It does stop with Strand Hair turned off, but the hair visuals drastically change without it on... I really hope that isn't the only solution.

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor
Installed RAM 32.0 GB 
GPU AMD Radeon RX 9070

    FYI to anyone else having this issue; turning V-sync off in the in game settings seemed to fix this issue for me. I still have all my settings set to Ultra and Strands on. No more braid wiggles. 

    I still have V-sync on in my graphics card settings. I don't know if that matters, though 🤷‍♀️

    I just uninstalled the game, restarted my PC, then reinstalled. Issue still persists.

    Is this only in character creation, or is it everywhere? Does the problem still happen after restarting your PC?
