Audio issue

My Gamertag is MsAngylsREVENGE and im playing on X/S xbox one and I'm currently on quest The Enemy of my Enemy and there is an audio issue it's like a static not static noise while the character is even talking... I went to other games, apps including YouTube and even went to a different input to make sure it's not my TV and such and it's not is just this game at this quest where I need to place the keepsakes... I haven't gone any further yet....
