Auto Flicking between KB and Controller

Hey so, on laptop I have a super annoying bug.

I play on controller, in windowed mode, it flicks from controller to kb settings about every 2 minutes. It stays super wonky on controller(it doesn't bring uo disconnect message) until ai tab out and tab back in. Them the controller works for another couple of minutes before going wonky.

Heading into dialog choices ALWAYS switches to kb settings.

In full screen mode this doesn't happen, instead, if I touch my bluetooth headphones, it switches to kb but again doesn't switch back without tabbing out.

My blue tooth headphones have stupid touch controls, but theyre ONLY supposed to be for hanging up a call, like say on discord. But DAV is picking it up as kb input, but even if I press buttons on my controller it doesn't properly switch input. (Can wonkly use.controller but cant on screen buttons all refer to kb and controller doesn't work properly..until tab out and in).

Any chance you could like my the setting a permanent choice rather than "sensing input and auto selecting"?

ffd50a77c4660b86 Hey, so for this one, multiple things could be happening. I've listed some steps to see if these help out.

    • Check Controller Settings:
      • Go to your system settings and ensure your controller is properly recognized and configured.
      • Make sure the controller is set as the primary input device.
    • Update Drivers:
      • Ensure your controller drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website or use the Xbox Accessories app for Xbox controllers
    • Disable Automatic Input Switching:
      • If you're using software like Logitech G Hub or similar, go to the settings and disable automatic profile switching.
      • Set your controller profile as persistent to prevent it from switching.
    • Adjust Game Settings:
      • In the game settings, look for an option to manually select the input device and disable any automatic switching features.
      • Ensure the game is set to window or borderless windowed mode, as full-screen mode might not trigger the issue.
    • Disable Touch Controls:
      • If your Bluetooth headphones have touch controls, try disabling them or adjusting their settings to prevent accidental input.
    • Check for Software Conflicts:
      • Sometimes other software (like Steam or third-party launchers) can interfere with input settings. Try disabling or adjusting these settings.
