I brought the game on release, went to play the game today it was missing on my list of installed games. So i searched for once i got it back EA swapped my game to a Trail even though i own it. How do i fix this?
Sometimes EA-App doesn't show the games (installed or not) until finishes all the background checks. Let the app working in background for about 5 min then restart it. It should sow the games in library and/or installed as they should. Also you can check the install folder of the game, see if you have both .exe files Dragon Age The Veilguard.exe and DragonAgeTheVeilguard_trial.exe
If Dragon Age The Veilguard.exe is missing you might need to repair/install the game.
