Bug - Rain Visual Effect Displaying Indoors

Greetings,

I recently discovered a likely bug in Dock Town where rain falls, or rather clips, through the ceiling of a particular room and undercover area leading up to it. I have attached some images showing this. The area is first accessed by using Lucanis's skill Spite's Reach.
