so for some reason on my ps5 my dodge/quick recover button isn’t working while in combat? it works as soon as combat ends but not when i actually need it. occasionally when i switch saves it works, but its not guaranteed. tried changing the dodge to a different button and still nothing
I'm having the same issue and it's mad irritating. I've tried just about everything I can think of---controller settings, loading previous saves, changing the skills etc, even things that may not impact it at all. No fixes. Have you been able to solve the issue at all?

I just discovered that if Rook has the "unyielding stone" amulet on, they can't dodge. It says it in the description. I feel silly now, but I just tried taking it off and it worked like a charm. Mildly annoyed, but happy that I can now win my pride back in combat.
