Cant dismiss the popup message: Blood Ties

Question

My game wasnt frozen I could go through the message but I kept pressing escape and just didnt do anything tried to click it and was just stuck on this screen. I had to close the whole game and relaunched it. Then it popped up again and I was able to dismiss it.
I just finished the story line of the stone with Harding and then it popped up.

Have the same problem on all of these pop ups. Cannot dismiss the message after reading.&nbsp;

I have the same problem, at the same place with this pop up. I tried closing and relaunching the game to have the same problem. I cannot play further until this is fixed :(
