Can't interact with chests containing unique items [PC]

 I can't open any chests with unique items anymore. The prompt is missing and they seem inert. I've tested to see if other chests work and yes. At least one other kind of chest works. But no luck wit...

I was thinking possibly needs later unlock but seems it's bugged, makes sense since it doesn't make it clear. feels like bug etc.

 

What a shame, decent amount of these bugs in the game despite it's... scale? budget? sad. hopefully soon they will release a patch to start solving these bugs.  

 

Attached my save hopefully they can solve this issue.
