Character appearance resets after loading a save

EA App PC here, slightly different problem. I chose to play as a redheaded Qunari with long hair down the back, but every time I re-enter the lighthouse it resets the hair (and horns) to fade cutscene washed out gray ponytail. It will SOMETIMES go back to my choice after a party change up or a cutscene, but not always
