Character feet hover above the ground - obvious in photo mode

When I open Photo Mode, it becomes obvious that Rook's feet and the feet of all companions hover a small amount above the ground. So the collision detection seems broken. I am using an Xbox Series X. So the feet shadows look odd in screenshots, and it seems to happen outside of Photo Mode. I have noticed this on various terrains.
