Companion Quest Final Appearance not unlocking in Wardrobe

I finished Taashes personal quest arc today and unlocked the specific outfit for my final choice. It can be equipped in the inventory no problem, however the appearance in the wardrobe is still locked and it can’t be used in the transmog system.

I’m playing on Ps5.
