Just bought the game (on steam) on the 2nd of May. Been able to play once. Every other time I have been plagued with connecting to online services screen and won't load past that. It also won't show ...

Veilguard is a Steam only titel, it does not require EA app to run.
- Make sure Steam is compleat closed.
- Disconnect from the Internet.
- Start Steam > Start the game.
- At the "Connecting to online services" screen you should get a "Your account is not linked" pop up.
(Click on the screen if that don't happens.) - Select "Don't connect on Startup".
