Cooldown bug with Harding's Hero of the Veilguard skill
Harding's "Heart of the Titan" skill is supposed to reduce Soothing Potion's cooldown by -15%. This doesn't work, and instead all of Harding's cooldowns are increased by 15%.
Playing on PC.
