Getting this same issue from title screen, character creator, Minrathous, and any cut scenes that play.
The game otherwise is really enjoyable (with some stutter) but the audio crackle is really taking me out of it, and causing a pretty bad headache.
Have tried checking sound settings, audio drivers, updates, etc. but it's only happening with Veilguard.
