I'm also getting constant crackling or stuttering sound. It's only in gameplay. While in the pause menu, the title screen, and also character creation the sound was perfect. I tried all the solutions in the youtube video but nothing worked. The game itself also runs pretty smooth, it seems to be an audio issue only.
