Crash bug after scene with First Warden and Dorian

Right after the scene in the bar with the First Warden and Dorian, there is a cutscene that starts up.  Within a few seconds, my whole PC crashes.  

I've attached the DxDiag file for all the hardware, etc.  Game has run pretty well up until now - I had crashes at first like this on earlier cut scenes, shifted resolutions lower.  I've now put the graphics on "Low" and it still crashes.  Updated drivers from NVIDIA (as you can see). 

Any thoughts on what else I can do?  It's a great game!
