Crashing During Cut Scenes

What about the quedt regrets of the drea wolf on console??? I cant play the game because the main quest FIRE &ICE is bugged for the previous quest...

Hello, when I finish Ice and fire quest it should teleport me into the lighthouse and end the quest and I finished it multiple times and after the talk after defeating dragons I get black screen and it teleports me into the lighthouse but doesn’t finish the quest si I’m stuck here and can’t teleport, please fix this asap❤️

I am playing on ps5, not using any mods or third party tools

Same for me,  i cant play and this was a day 1 problem, seems no one cares about it...

Since the patchs the game will just hard crash and restart the PC. this happens at random times. I was told that the game does not function with the newest NVIDIA drivers from the support. But I'm not sure if that is completely true. I have played 140 hours and the game ran amazing when it first launched but since the patches the game just crashes. 

win 10, 5800x, 3080 12GB, 64GB DDR4, no mobs/ third party apps. Really hope that this gets fixed soon. not sure why you would have messed with the game so much to make it not functional when it ran great at when it first game out. 

I am currently experiencing this issue. I just finished the quest A Cage for the Gods and I am starting the cutscene returning to the lighthouse and the game crashes. This crash is consistent and I have not had any crashes prior to this point and patch 4. No third party mods/apps

It's really revolting what the company did with the game. 

I bought it in pre-sale and until now I haven't been able to play it due to the AUDIO CRACKLING BUG.

4 patches and 1 month have passed and simply nothing has been done. We are not talking about a visual bug, a balancing bug or a basic modification, but rather an error that prevents the game from working completely.

If EA Games/BioWare don't have the ability to solve problems, give up your career and give up the game too.

Your incompetence was enough to completely sink a franchise with many fans all over the world.

All I want now is to know how I can get my money back, and I will even look for the administrative entities in my country so that I can resolve this problem.

Congratulations on all the incompetence, the disregard for the players, and extreme stupidity of everyone involved. You guys are pathetic!

Would be nice to get an update/ any communication on to what is happening. It would seem that the new patch did nothing to fix the game crashing and it would look like even more people are having the same game crashing and restarting. It is clearly something that they have done to the game since launch. 

Can we get a fix for those of us who have still not been able to get the DLC to work???? We have the pre order and deluxe DLC items showing as installed however they are not unlocking in the game. There is no DLC chest showing up. Please get this fixed ASAP this is getting so ridiculous. 

It's been a month and 4 patches and still nothing. 

God I'm so glad there's Knowledge this is happening because I've got no clue lol.  My crash is happening at the first confrontation cut scene with Hezenkoss in House of the Dead (the one in the Fade, the first time you meet her).  As soon as I drop/jump down onto the place it would trigger, the game crashes right to desktop.  I have a save right before it happens (though it inexplicably loads me back a bit right after the Rage demon is defeated, so you have to run a bit further) but I cannot seem to actually attach it here?  It's showing an empty folder when I navigate to where it should be.  Would be happy to send it if someone can walk me through zipping it over whatever needs doing, or can tell me where else to put it?

*edit no hold the phone, I think I figured out how to zip it, will attach.  Pls tell me if this is unusable because gods know it may be.
