Are you skipping Dialogue conversations? ( space bar or mouse click button lower right corner )
If so, how often are you skilling dialogue?
If so, how fast are you skipping them?
I ask as I have at least twice with a left mouse button click speed estimated at least five clicks per second ( about 5.5 to 5.8 cps ), causing the game to crash to the desktop with zero error messages.
One area where you can test this specifically is all the dialogue involved when you interrupt Solas's Ritual
I skip the occasional dialogue, but it has never crashed when doing so. More often than not, it's during gameplay; usually when just wandering around.
