You should be able to fast travel out of this place, is that not working?

I managed to get it working just a minute ago. I'd verified the files in Steam before making this post but I hadn't tried moving the installation files to one of my other M2 drives. I moved them to a different M2 drive, verified the files, and then launched the game. There's a pretty good fight in that area before the door opens for you.
No idea what was happening with my other M2 drive. I've other EA games on it which work fine.
