Custom Rook not loading

Loaded into the game and my rook was replaced with what I think is one of the default models from the character creator. I tried reloading previous saves and it didn't fix the issue. I had to go to the mirror of transformation, make a small change, and then exit before my rook came back. I hope this one gets fixed quick because if it breaks when I'm in the middle of a major quest and can't get back to the lighthouse to fix it, it's going to be super immersion breaking. I almost don't want to play until it's fixed.
