"Diagonal Lines" moving across image during gameplay

One more interesting thing: If you are ingame set the camera for a spot where you can easily check the lines. Go to settings, and change the graphics presets. Everytime you change, between the changes the lines are gone for ~1 sec...
Now i tried gsync full off and using and vsync settings in the game. Changing vsync from on to 1/2 minimalize the lines BUT only in settings and after you exit into the game lines are back at any camera movement.... So Vsync settings not helped...
