DirectX error

ive seen a lot of people have the same issue with the directX function GetDeviceRemovedReason error.  i am playing or rather trying to play Dragon age Veilguard i do not have a Geforce card.  my sp...

Apologies but I cannot understand the response. I do not have Discord installed (never used it and I do not stream) and my GPU is a NVIDIA Gforce 4070 super and I cannot find any program related to Radeonsoftware.exe. 

Regarding your last point : I imagine you mean Nvidia? I did a fresh install of the Nvidia app and drivers with the PC shop as well as the latest BIOS update. They checked quite a few others things too (power, BIOS settings). The PC is not even a month old and it is not changed (no overclocking or fine tuning).

Someone did at one point as those logs are directly from your system. You can always just uninstall it if you see it installed, or get a registry cleaner to clean out old files and get rid of it.

When you did the fresh install, did you manually install Direct X, and Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link) 

Or, did these install when you started installing games? Most games auto-check for it. You can run another DxDiag and attach it, but unless that file is from your old Windows install, ID needs a new one to check those logs.

Your next option would be to repair Windows, your SSD, or your HDD. 

The only time a fresh install of Nvidia drivers is a true fresh install is a Windows reformat, or the fresh install option when you update the GPU drivers and delete them from the hard drive manually.

    Apologies for the late reply.

    Maybe the technician that build my PC at the store? 

    All direct X installs where done via the games. I did nothing but update the nvidia driver. For the VC++ files are they linked only to Origin installs? I play exclusively on Steam.

    I've attached another dxdiag to be sure. I tried looking for the errors you cited linked to Discord and Radeon but could not find it in there. Maybe i'm not looking correctly.

    I checked for Windows updated again this weekend and had a .net framework and cumulative update for windows but sadly the game still has the same issue.

    I'll await your answer regarding the dxdiag file before going ahead with any of the more "heavy" repairs you suggested.
