Disappearing saves when autosaves happen?

So, sometimes I am too quick to save and I sometimes I get an error message that says that another save is happening, usually that means auto saving is happening.

Usually I could have just waited and then saved after the auto save, tend to have “Named Saves” for each region, but have encountered the issue that the named save I’ve chosen and got an error message for, have disappeared after the auto save has been completed.

This hasn’t broken my game, I just make a new “Named Save” and all works as normal

But this has happened twice for me now, playing on PS5 and it happened 1 time on Patch 1.000.003 and 1 time on Patch 1.000.004. It doesn’t break the game for me, but it’s just weird

Again, this is happening on PS5, don’t know about other consoles or PC
