dragon age the veilguard patch 2 doesn't work

I had high hopes that Patch 2 would finally fix the issues, letting me play the game again, but instead, it’s only gotten worse. Now the game won’t even load. I’ve tried everything—enabling XMP in the BIOS, clearing the shader cache, adjusting every display setting possible—but nothing works. I’m at my limit with this. At this point, I’m seriously considering asking for a refund.
