I didn't get a chest to open, the weapons are showing in the wardrobe but same as the pre order items and the deluxe items they are locked as if the game doesn't recognise I have them. Been onto live chat and they a logging it as a bug, not holding my breath considering this has been an issue since day 1. All the the other items are also still locked despite this being another new character I created to test it ... sigh!

Prior to preordering DATV, have you ever had an EA Play/Origin Access subscription through EA app/Origin, even if it was a complimentary trial, and even if it was years ago?

Rubyrue791 Just trying to look for any commonalities (such as region, etc) between those affected. EA Play has previously been suggested as a possible culprit: [EA App] Sign in With Your EA Account Error | EA Forums - 5033713.
It could just be EA app itself that is at issue. Most people who have mentioned having the issue haven't provided much data, so there isn't much to go by in terms of pinning this down.

Ah ok I’m sure I did have it years ago, the EA guy I spoke to today said he did something to my account (no idea what) and to do the app recovery to clear the cache, did all that and no change.

We think it might have something to do with EA play as I also had a subscription prior to downloading the game.
