I have no chest that spawns to get my DLC. Same thing that happens with the Pre order items and deluxe edition items!!!

Ah ok I’m sure I did have it years ago, the EA guy I spoke to today said he did something to my account (no idea what) and to do the app recovery to clear the cache, did all that and no change.
I've had this issue since the game released lol. My pre order, deluxe and the new DLC do not show up for me at all.
