Dragon Age: Veilguard does not start on PS5 (CE-108255-1)

I bought and installed Veilguard earlier today on the PS store but after a complete installation the game crashes immediately after the photosensitivity with error CE-108255-1. I tried googling but ...

I have similar problems and have gone to similar lengths. Did you by chance connect your EA account? I think that may be causing some of the issues.
