Dragon Age: Veilguard freezing Ps5

I have tried everything to fix the freezing issue, performance mode, uninstall/reinstalling, restarting ps5, resetting ps5, going offline. It still freezes constantly. I can't even make it out of Character Creation. My partner has the same type of ps5 as me but his runs fine and hasn't froze at all.
