Dragon fights issue solved
Ok I found a solution, first before trying this, if you have mods disable them (including cosmetic ones like reshaders, anything that alters the game files), otherwise do a fresh install of the game ...

Yeah I use Wand (formerly webmod) for the boost of materials I collect and sometimes for other things, since this isn't my first run, sometimes I just want things to be easier so I can get to the good parts... lol
stopping that fixed my issue. - I did not have to disable any of my clothing mods though, so that was nice!!
